We are delighted to offer you a modern and comfortable equipped private living area for your vacation as well as business trips or relocation. The appartement should provide your home in a foreign country.

We are happy to take your request via phone, fax or email and of course your reservation via fax or e mail. The minimum rental time is 3 weeks. The rates shown apply for an occupancy of 1-2 persons per appartement. For each additional person a surcharge of EUR 15,- occurs per person and night. (Max. occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). Pets are not permitted. A bond (depending on the rental time) is obligatory and has to be paid within 14 days after the contract for the appartement has been signed. A deposit is not necessary - you guarantee with your credit card.
If cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to expected rental period, the tenant has to settle a flatrate fee as follows:
The proper registration upon arrival and before departure (according to the Austrian law of registration) remains exclusively with the tenant. |
