This service provided can be indivdually adapted to the term of your stay and can be booked whenever needed. Flexible bookable appartement for a certain period of time ideal for the modern road warrior who pays attention to his expenses. Combined with all the service needed, but easily selectable. With better rates compared to hotel rooms, the rate will even go down in case of a longer stay.

 

We are delighted to offer you a modern and comfortable equipped private living area for your vacation as well as business trips or relocation. The appartement should provide your home in a foreign country.

 

We are happy to take your request  via phone, fax or email and of course your reservation via fax or e mail. The minimum rental time is 3 weeks. The rates shown apply for an occupancy of 1-2 persons per appartement. For each additional person a surcharge of EUR 15,- occurs per person and night. (Max. occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). Pets are not permitted. A bond (depending on the rental time) is obligatory and has to be paid within 14 days after the contract for the appartement has been signed.  A deposit is not necessary - you guarantee with your credit card.

 

Cancellation policy

 

If cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to expected rental period, the tenant has to settle a flatrate fee as follows:

• In addition to resignation until 30 days before the transfer takes place: 40% of the complete agreed rent for the whole period of actual rental time 
• In addition to resignation until 15 days before the transfer takes place: 50% of the complete agreed rent for the whole period of actual rental time 
• In addition to resignation until 7 days before the transfer takes place: 60% of the complete agreed rent for the whole period of actual rental time
